What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping varies. Costs are determined based on the weight of the package, to
where it will be shipped and the chosen shipping method. You can calculate the cost of shipping by
adding the items into your shopping cart. Click on your shopping cart. Enter your Zip/Postal code
then click Get Rates. A list of shipping options and cost estimates will be shown.
Billing Address? What is this?
This will be used to authorize your credit card.
Your billing address must match the address that is on file with your credit card company.
This is a security measure we use for protection against fraud. If the address does not match
we may require additional identity verification and or ask you to add the shipping address
to your credit card file.
Can I ship my order to a different address from my billing address?
Generally, yes. Please note if you ship to an alternative address, we may require additional identity
verification. This can cause delays in the processing of your order or lead to cancellation
of your order.
I paid for next day air service and my order didn't arrive the next day after I placed the order, why?
There is a processing time of 1 day if needed. Also, postal services do not deliver on weekends or holidays,so please
plan accordingly.
Do you ship with discrete packaging?
Yes,the items will be shipped in either a plain packaging mailer bag or box with the return label listed as East Coast Fashions.
The name Discountstripper.com will not appear on the label or package.
International Orders?
- International shipments are sent by the USPS method and may take approximately 6-12 business days once shipped. There will
be an additional processing time of 5-7 business days when shoes or boots are included.
- Please be advised that the 6-10 days does not include any time that your country holds
your package in customs.Tracking on the order will not update until the package is released
from your customs office.
- International shipping is not a guaranteed method of shipping.
- Shipments outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country and are the
responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these additional charges. We have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact
your local customs office for further information.
